Neus: 1e indruk: muf, maar aardig. Zwart fruit, beetje aards, lijm en houtskool. Wijn zit vast. Na drie uur meer fruit, vooral rood
Mond: warm fruit – zwarte bessen, bramen, iets van banaan, chocola. Hoog alcohol, rijke body, mooie balans en een lange afdronk. Stevige tannines, worden langzaam minder

Deze Kadette is volwassen geworden, een stuk beter dan bijvoorbeeld de 2010 (min. 5 jaar laten liggen). Kan nog wel 2-3 jaar liggen. Lekker met een in boter gebakken Rib-eye!

The blend on the back label is the correct one for the wine that you drank. We make big volumes of Kadette, and sometimes the different bottlings have different compositions. The back label will always be correct, but of course it would not work to have different factsheets on the website, so the factsheet reflecting the biggest volume will be the one on the website.
